Freezer Meals

My daughter did a freezer meal weekend with friends and it gave me a great idea!! I want to do something like this too!! The two biggest problems I face are 1) these pies are loaded with fat, gluten and sodium 2)I don't have any recopies for doing this!
 So I am on a hunt for ideas.............
